Fixed prices for standard services, with no registration fee and a free meet-and-greet before your first booking. Prices apply within the Gentlekin core area.

What every standard visit includes
One clear price, with the everyday things included rather than charged as extras:
- Feeding and fresh water
- Litter tray or agreed pet-area care
- Companionship and play
- Simple oral or topical medication, when agreed
- A photograph and a short update
- Bringing in post
- Opening or closing curtains
- Basic home-security check
- Watering a small number of indoor plants
Cat visits include up to two cats in the standard price.

The exact holiday price is always confirmed in writing at the time of booking, so there are no surprises.
Payment is by bank transfer. One-off bookings are paid before the first visit; holiday bookings are paid in advance (seven days before the start, or 14 days for Christmas and New Year). Full details are in the Terms and Conditions.
Service area and travel
Standard prices apply within the Gentlekin core area: locations normally reachable within about ten minutes. For homes in the nearby extended area, £3 is added per visit. Further locations are quoted individually. See Areas Covered.
Medication and complex care
Straightforward tablets, drops or topical medication are included in the normal visit price. Injections, complex medication schedules, wound care, animals that resist treatment or visits needing substantially more time are priced following assessment at the meet-and-greet, and only offered where care can be provided safely and confidently.
