Every Gentlekin service is delivered in the place your pet knows best: their own home and neighbourhood. Here is what each service includes, who it suits, and what it costs.
Cat Sitting
For: cat owners travelling or working away who want their cats to remain at home in familiar surroundings.
Each visit includes: feeding and fresh water, litter tray cleaning, companionship and play, basic grooming if agreed, straightforward medication where accepted, a photograph and a short update, and small home checks such as curtains, lights or post if agreed.
Duration and price: up to 30 minutes, £17 (up to two cats included). Extended 60-minute visits £25. Two visits on the same day £32.
Cats stay calmest in their own environment. No carrier, no cattery, no disruption to their routine.

Pet Home Visits
For: any pet that is happiest remaining in its own home and routine while you are out or away.
Each visit includes: feeding, fresh water, toilet or litter care, companionship, basic home-security checks and agreed updates.
Duration and price: up to 30 minutes, £17. Extended 60-minute visits £25.

Dog Walking
For: dog owners needing regular or occasional walks because of work, appointments or family commitments.
What to expect: individual (solo) walks based on your dog's routine, behaviour and needs, agreed lead and harness arrangements, a sensible weather and heat policy, paws dried and water refreshed on return, and a photograph and a short update after the walk.
Duration and price: 30 minutes £17, 60 minutes £23. Additional dog from the same household +£6 per walk.
Walks are currently solo rather than group walks, so your dog gets full attention. If your dog is reactive or has particular needs, mention this when you enquire and we will discuss whether Gentlekin is the right fit.

For: new puppy owners who need support with toilet breaks, feeding and company while they are out.
Each visit includes: a toilet break, feeding, play and companionship, basic routine reinforcement and a short age-appropriate activity, followed by an update to you.
Duration and price: up to 30 minutes, £17.
Puppy visits support the routine you are already building at home. They are not a dog-training service.
Small Animal Care
For: owners of rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, birds, lizards and other suitable small household pets.
Each visit includes: feeding, fresh water, hutch, cage or enclosure care as agreed, a welfare check and an update to you.
Duration and price: up to 30 minutes, £16. Up to two pets included; additional pets +£2 each.

Holiday Pet Care
For: families going away who want their pets cared for at home with a clear plan.
What to expect: a planned series of visits agreed in advance, your pet's routine followed as normal, a photograph and a short update after each agreed visit, and basic home-security checks such as post, curtains and lights.

Holiday dates fill up quickly, especially school holidays, Christmas and summer. Book as early as you can.
